Gap Maternity? How true are the sizes?
Do they run big or small??? I was going to order online but I'm not sure if I should go up a size or not. Have any of you ordered from them?

I haven't bought anything gap maternity, but I wear alot of gap and they do run big.

it depends on what your buying for sweaters i bought my prepregnancy size but for pants i went one size up.

In my opinion, they run SMALL! I've bought a number of things from them recently (just got something in the mail today). It says to order your pre-pregnancy size, which is totally WRONG. My pre-pregnancy size is 0, but my maternity size at the Gap is a 4. My pre-pregnancy size in tops is a small, but maternity at the Gap is medium.

I think they're pretty true to size. In one pair of jeans I ordered my pre-pregnancy size, and they fit great. The next pair I went one size up (for room to grow) and they don't stay up!

I think they are pretty true to size...better than a Medium or large. I wore a 10 at Gap prepregnancy and a 10 Maternity...in my last trimester I bought a few 12's. They are yet to become tight so I think they will get me through until the end. SOme of the tops were smallish, but I wore a medium until about 7 1/2 months and now a large.....

I am in my first pair of maternity pants- in a Large and they keep falling down. And I am not a small girl- I am 5'8 and a 10-12 when I'm not pregnant.

I dont know, I'm a medium at Old Navy and at Gap I'm a size 10 (both maternity) so I think they run pretty close.
ETA I think a big difference is the cut of the clothes

That's so weird, because I'm wearing a pair of Gap pants right now and they're a size 4 and fit perfectly. I don't know how the sizes could be true to size if I went from a Gap size 0 pre-pregnancy to a 4 (unless my hips got unusually wide and I'm just in denial  ). And I'm only 20 weeks PG.
But in other stores like Motherhood, I've tried on size Small pants and they're huge on me!
