Ouch, heel spur-
has anyone had one? I think I have one and don't even know where it came from! It hurts!

I used to have them REALLY bad!!! Owwww....they were so bad at a point that I went to an acupuncurist to have it worked on.

I had one sooooo bad in November. The doctor gave me shots in my heel that helped.
ETA: I was not overweight so that wasn't my issue. I started working out more heavily and I think that affected it.

yes it did but when for me it was a weight issue. when I lost weight my heel spurs went away.
