Does anyone get broadway discounts through work?
I know it's highly unlikely, but I am desperately trying to find a discount on tickets for Spamalot, for FH's birthday. Please let me know. THANKS!

i think they probably just dont have the newer ones on it.. though we get a discount through some web site too (so that may have spamalot on it... i'll check it out).
Rent is on the list   not sure what range youre looking for, but they have $50 front mezz, and $60 orch

yup! thats what its showing. its probably something that i'd have to call and tell them who i work for to get the discount

I am 99.9% sure that "Spamalot" is not doing discount tickets yet. I can get house seats, but they are full price.

When I did it through work we just had a code. They didn't ask questions. Thanks so much. It looks like I may have to bite the bullet and pay full price for spamalot. That's what he really wants to see and the cast is amazing.

It is free to join Playbill.com and they have discounts through there all the time. Good discounts. I saw Scoundrels, Little Women, Fiddle, La Cage,Rent and several others all for $35 a piece. You can also join TDF. It has a small fee, but also offers decent discounts for shows. Actually, I find Playbill has a better selection and is a bit cheaper.

We wanted to see a show or two this week (FH's week off), so hopfully that will come in handy. I guess I will pay full price for spamalot. I was thinking I could wait until there are dicount tickets, but the whole cast could change by then.

Also try www.broadwaybox.com. Pretty much certain Spamalot is NOT on there, but lots of other places are.

I jsut checked this website and no discounts. If you join they send you emails with the discount tickets and pretty good prices if i do say so!!

Don't even bother for spamalot. I knew there would probably be no discount, but I had NO idea how popular it is. I ofot tixx for Fh for FEBRUARY..and mezzanine was the best I could do. for center orchestra it would have been over a year

I agree about playbill vs. TDF. With the small amount of shows I can actually afford to see during the year, I didn't find the TDF fee to really be worth it.
