38 week appointment
I had my 38 week appointment last night. I am 2-3 cm dialated and the doctor sayd I can go at any time now. I am getting so excited, but nervous at the same time. I still have so much to do.

Thanks again for asking me to come with you and see the sonogram. It was so amazing to see her and hear her heartbeat!
I am getting excited too!! I can't wait to spend time with my little niece!!! 
ETA: Don't be nervous. You are all done. It is all perfect for her!

Congratulations and good luck! Before my delivey I was crampy for some days. The day before, I was crampy regulary and suddenly those cramps were stronger. DH said that those were contractions but I was on denial. DH was right and I knew that I was having contraction because they were pretty stong... so I think that you are going to know when the contractions come.
