need job/insurance advice
Hi Guys, as you all know i am STILL unemployed..lol
I am going on an interview for a job that I am extremely interested in.. Decent money, awesome job, perfect location..good hours... the only CON is that this is a newly established company and at this time they do not have health insurance... As the company grows I was told they might offer it down the road but at this time they do not.. I still want to learn more about the job b/c everything else I really like about the job..
To me health insurance is 100% necessary and altho I need a job WITH it I am considering this job w/o it and getting insurance on my own.. is this insane? does any1 do this?? can any1 recommend a company.. how expensive is it per month..
any advice someone can offer would be great

Our basi ( I work for Empire BCBS) HMO is about $400-$600 a month based on if you need RX coverage.

I have gone without health insurance. When I had none, for my gyno and BC pills, I went to planned parenthood that works on a sliding scale.

oh gosh dont be embarrassed, really no big deal at all.. for the pple who were new to lif or came onto liw after things ended with me and my ex, pple always assume im married.. its truly no biggie, no worries hun!!!

Unfortunately health insurance is really expensive to pay for yourself.
I would look into it before you make any decisions- good luck getting the job if you want it!
