boxers and a tshirt. Doesn't matter if it's 90 degrees or 10 degrees, I always have to be in shorts and a tshirt!

To bed, nothing. To sleep, this may sound gross but I usually sleep in the undershirt DH wore that day. He smells sooo good, and I feel so snuggly in it.
