crock pot question
can i prepare something in a crockpot ahead of time and leave it in the fridge overnight, then turn it on in the morning? I didn't know if it would crack...but i guess not if i put it on low heat??

mine is fine. Because it slowly and evenly warms the pot. Unlike if you just threw it into cold water while the pot was hot.

I always do this. You can prepare everything in it, keep it covered in the fridge, and whip it out in the am and cook it normally.
Mine has never cracked.
