What to do with Chicken Cutlets
So I made a big batch of chicken cutlets. We had them plain with veggie sides, and then in a yummy salad. What else can I do with them? They are breaded and cooked already, I just need to make something else out of them.

Chicken Parm. Top them with some proscuitto
and swiss cheese and then broil. Make a mushroom sauce and top them with that.

what about quesadillas if you have tortilla shells and add peppers, cheese, salsa, etc...
or some type of pasta cassarole

Chicken parm hero's. Toast some hero rolls, put the cutlets on, and top with tomato sauce and shredded mozzerella. YUUMM

I like them as Chicken Parm, but wraps or salads are other good options. You can also stuff them with ricotta, sauce or any other combo and roll it up.

Here's a twist on the chicken parm idea...chop tomatoes and throw them on top with melted mozzarella.
