Update: I am finally sleeping through the night

I am pretty positive I knew what was going on. I had friends over last weekend, all weekend and we had alot of fun, but stayed up all night and drank alot of wine.

I was so tired from the weekend, I didn't run at all ( I am run 4-5 times a week). Even thought I was exhausted, I finally made myself run 4 miles on Wednesday and that night I slept so well. I ran yesterday and slept like a baby.

I feel so much better!!!!!
