BRU registry

i bought something off of my friends registry yesterday and it is still on there...when should it come off by???

So I just called and they said that it has been happening lately.

I am concerned about my registry now. I asked them about this and they said that the people who purchased the items have to call them. Chat Icon Chat Icon I don't think my family and friends are going to double check online if something was scanned properly. The only reason I did was I was on here saw this post then checked it online. AARRGGHHHH!!!!! This is so frustrating. Chat Icon

Here's what you can do

GO into edit your registry. ALl the way to the right where you can edit amount, if you click that button two choices will come up

Desired QUantity & PURCHASED quantity. YOU CAN update it there. Then it falls down to the PURCHASED category. I don't understand why BRU can't do that!! IT takes 2 seconds

I know they have been having a problem if it was purchased online. for some reason Amazon is not updating the registry's properly. My friend had to call the store and tell them that she purchased a gift off of someone's registry online and it was still on there.

how frustrating and to think dh and i thought we had left all that nonsense behind after getting married - maybe its just a prerequisite for registering for anything in life that it diesn't come off! Chat Icon

I emailed them telling them to fix it! Its non-sense to have to be bothered by updating items already bought. If I wanted to know what I was getting I would'nt be having a Shower! This billion dollar company should be able to fix this. We don't need people telling us. hey your registry is not updating!
