The hardest job in the world hands down.......
Parenting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I always knew this but this month I get to see hands on just how difficult it can be...
I give all you mothers (and fathers) out there all the hugs and admiration and props in the world. I have been watching my niece for two days a week for the month of August and have been experiencing it for myself...
and my niece is an ANGEL.... But it is a long day and constant running!!!!!! I met my friend at the mall with her two kids and between the who's crying, who is hungry, walking, changing diapers, stopping to feed them never mind us... etc. etc... and before that having to pack her bag, making sur ei have everything from food, to diapers to change of clothes to bottles to snacks and then load the car with her bag stroller.....
So what I am trying to say is that we have posts about our jobs being difficult whether we are teachers working on Wall Street, finance, law firms etc....
But NOTHING is harder (and more rewarding) than being a PARENT!!!!!!!!!!
ETA and even more props if you are working full time jobs AND parenting!!!

I agree 100 %. I was exhausted when I watched my little nephew for 2 days. I spend most of my time looking for his pacifier. But I LOVED having him.

As a mother of 2 I will say it aint easy....but...................
It is THE most rewarding job in the world, especially when they call your name "mommy"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just got home from an exhausting day and checked on my Bella to see her tucked in bed sounds asleep and I can't wait to see her in the AM...I love her like no other and there aren't enough 12 hour days with azzholes to make me feel different...
It helps to have people like my sister Kristi to make the burden less this past month while she was off from school(I have no mom or IL to help ever) Seeing them BOTH light up when they see each other is like NO hallmark card can ever capture...

I have 3 and I have decided that my baseline is EXHAUSTED. I work p/t and I have to say, going to work is a hell of a lot easier than being a SAHM, bravo to you ladies who choose to stay home, it is a tough job, never a moment of down time! Stressful and chaotic, but totally worth it, that is why I want MORE!!
