prenatal yoga
Does anyone know of a prenatal yoga class that is offered on the weekend? I live in Commack and I wouldn't want to travel too far.
If not, any recommendations for a good prenatal yoga tape?

I go to Yoga for Life in East Setauket - Belle Meade Road. One of the instructors offers Pre natal Yoga in her home, in Port Jefferson. That may be too far of a drive for you... If not I can pass along the website.
I also found that my dr.'s office was a good source of info. for classes. Just ask the girls at the desk.

At Yoga for Life - It's 16.00 a class.
You can buy memberships, I just don't know the prices on those.

They offer PreNatal yoga, I really need to start!

Thanks for the info! By the way, I'm only 9 weeks -- is that too early to start. I think I heard somewhere that you're supposed to wait until the end of the first trimester.

I'll probably start in 2 weeks, I work every other Wednesday until 8pm, so I can probably only take the class 2x a month.
