Our family & Birthdays - I think its a little freaky. DH thinks Im a little crazy
Ok so I find this a little freaky... all of our family members have birthdays a few days apart from eachother..
DH and I are 10 days apart
His mom and my sister are 5 days apart
His dad and my dad are 2 days apart
His sister and my brother are 4 days apart
and I know this isnt "family" but my best friend sine 7th grade whom I consider a sister and his brother are - 2 days apart
So is it a little freaky or am I a little crazy

It is wierd- our families are all different but dh and I are 13 days apart and we have about 10 friends that are all in the same month as us.

DH and I have some weirdly similar date-related and some family-related coincidences too. I don't think it's freaky at all. Maybe it's a sign.

I'm 1 day apart from DH's dad, and our moms are 2 days apart. Before my grandmother passed away, our grandmothers were 4 days apart.

But in answer to your question - YES we have lots of family members whose birthdays are so similar..
Dh and I are 12 days apart . and we must have 10 birthdays in December between our families (December KILLS us, $$ wise  ). My nephew and DH's nephew are days apart..
My Dad and BIL are 1 day apart
Mom/MIL and FIL are only a few days apart
I'm probably due early April and there are AT LEAST 5 April birthday's in our families, its craziness!

We have a lot who are similar, but DH and I are the weirdest....I am 10/8 and he is 8/10

MIL is September 30 and I'm Oct. 1st.
With nieces and newphews I'm glas the rest are pretty well spaced apart.

Its not freaky, its cool. In my family the bdays run like this:
I share my bday with a cousin. We werent even supposed to be born in May. I was late, she was early! We are 2 years apart and just last month she married mine and DH's Best Friend.
My father shares a bday with this cousins sister .The four of us all celebrate on the 10th, 2 months apart.
My sister shares a birthday with another cousin in the family (they are 4 years apart).
My mom shares a bday with her uncle (who is older).
I now will be celebrating my anniversary on my godson's birthday. (he was born oct. 24th last year) 
So, thats my "family story'.
ETA: Noone shares bdays with DH;s side..we dont have any "similarities". I just realized what this post was about...Sorry I babbled about my family! LOL

you want to hear something really weird! my sister and i are two years apart let me first say. well her birthday is september 20 1967 my birthday is september 25 1969
so here is the strange thing
we are 2 years and 5 days apart
i was born at 6:07 am in the morning
I weighted 6 pounds and 7 ounces
isn't that strange or what.
oh yeah and my cousin and my husband both birthdays are 3/3.
and two of my cousins have a birthday they share on sept 21st one is going to be 5 this year and the other 20 something.
2 of my friends share a birthday.

We have something similar...
Dh and I were both born on the same day as our month falls...I'm 11/11 and he's 4/4
Our mothers are 10 days apart
our fathers are 4 days apart
our grandmother's AND grandfather's birthdays are a few days apart
our grandparent's anniversaries are a week apart
i think it's fun to have all of those things in common

My mom's birthday is VERY close to Mother's day.
My father's birthday is an Father's day- whenever June 15 falls on a Sunday.
My brother's birthday is Halloween.
My birthday is 3 days before XMAS.
My cousin's BDay often falls on Thanksgiving.
My DH's birthday is on Veteran's Day

Okay, I find this freaky, but I'm probably just going to look like a weirdo. The 2nd Harry Potter movie went into theaters on my birthday and the 3rd Harry Potter movie went into theaters on DH's birthday. DH thinks I'm kooky because I thought that was the coolest thing.
