What is it???
Mine is to stop the Cussin'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
I'm now saying things like Son of a Biscuit...shut the fudge up....Oh Fudge!!! Corny..but I gotta do this!

I never made a NY resolution, because it forces me to break it. They're meant to be broken! 
I always say that if you need the excuse of New Years to change/do something, then it's not strong enough to sustain, and one won't follow through. Therefore, I do/change things as I see the need whenever.

i want to TRY to get refocused with losing weight, i THINK im doing ok, we will find out at weight in tomorrow!

mine is also to be less sensitive and not to take things to heart and just toughen up and join in the fun. also to stick to my diet and lose more weight for my cruise in august!

I'm finding a new job (again !) That was the year before last - hence why I am with current job 1 year this month ! LOL ! I can't believe I made it a year with all these nasty people.
Oh, and I'll probably read a book on how to get the most out of your job !
