Gross new problem last night
so last night, I get up and notice I have a nose bleed. I am cleaning myself up and start spitting up blood(grossness-in small clots..) three times..
I was freaked and called dr., he said this is because nose bleed happened while I was laying down...does that seem right?

I got a lot of nosebleeds when I was pregnant with Damien. Annoying but normal.

totally normal. Since you were laying down the blood probably started to slide down your throat which explains why you coughed it up.

Completely normal. I get them in cycles. One week Ill get them everyday or 2* a day and then the next week none. It totally stinks.

That certainly would've freakd me out! Glad you're okay. I get a lot of nose bleeds, but I've never experienced that before.

They're common. My friend who just had a baby had them all the time. She'd be talking to you and all of a sudden, nose bleed.

I had the same problem. Use a humidifier at night, they air is probably too dry.

Humidifier rec!! I never had them until I was preggo. I purchased the humidifier right off of my registry and it worked great.....
