Does anyone know where I can get a Free Credit Report, but
I don't have to give a credit card info to get it online?

What do you mean not give credit card info?
There are free credit reports out there I believe. But in order to prove who you say you are... you have to supply some account information.

Most of the "free" credit reports require a credit card because if you have to sign up with them and it's free for a few months and then they charge you if you don't cancel..
ETA - I think they call it a "free trial membership"

YOu do have to sign up and use it a credit card and cancel 30 days after.
Or
go to the individual agencies and request a free credit report.
With Freecreditreport.com, the trial includes your credit score.
Eta:You get 3 reports from all 3 agencies.
Equifax: 888-766-0008 or www.equifax.com
Experian: 888-397-3742 or www.experian.com
TransUnion: 800-680-7289 or www.transunion.com
ETA 2: I found this on Oprah
To get a free report, go to the website set up by the Federal Trade Commission, www.annualcreditreport.com.
Print out the form, fill it out and mail it to:
Annual Credit Report Request Service
P.O. Box 105281
Atlanta, GA 30348-5281
Or call toll-free: 877-322-8228.
