feeding at 5 months

I cant for the life of me remember what I did with my 4 year old.


Sara will be 5 months on Saturday. She is already eating cereal and fruit ( stage 1 fruit). WHen should I start veggies with her? I know I will give her veggies for lunch but I wonder if I should start now. ALso when can I go to different fruits ( stage 2) so she has more of a variety? I still dont give her too much food at once, about 2 tablespoons of cereal and one heaping of fruit.

we went through all the stage one single fruits and veggies at the same time. I'd alternate introducing something new every 4 days. Fruit, veggie, fruit, veggie.

Once I saw she had no reactions to anything, we bumped up to Stage 2
