Final Walk through question
My wife and i are closing on our house on thursday....Do you think it is ffine that we are doing the final walk through saturday morning, instead of doing it the night before or thursday morning?
I thought it was fine, but a woman I work with said she would find sometime to do it during the week. We cannot get there because next week is going to be hectic before we close. We have something to do everyday.
No one lives in the house currently, it is empty... Thanks, Scott

Re: Final Walk through question
I guess being that the house is empty it should be fine..not like anyone would be in there to break anything or whatever.
You must be so excited!!

Re: Final Walk through question
the owner lives in pennsylvania and he gave the real estate agent power of attorney....
The man that lived there passed away...He was almost 90. He was the original owner of the house...
