Thank you cards for parents
Do you send a thank you everytime your parents/inlaws give you something for the baby? I always send thank yous, but everytime I see my MIL she has something else for DS. Should I keep sending thank yous?

If she is giving you gifts so frequently maybe you could send a note once a month thanking her for that month's gifts.

No. I did for my showers but that was it. I don't think my mom or MIL expect thank you's.

my mom buys something for DD every other day - I dont send thank youd to her - she doesnt expect them. I print out digital pics of the baby all of the time and write "thank you grandma " or something cute in the back sometimes.

i don't feel like they really expect it either that's why i was wondering. it's not like wrapped gifts or anything, usually some clothes here and there. hmm what to do

I love that idea!  I think they'd like that much more than a formal thank you card anyway
