Anyone JUST move into a place...and are starting to look again?

We bought our condo a year ago this month. But we didn't move in until the day after our wedding (6 months ago).

We are ALREADY "planning our escape" to buy a house. We are thinking of renting out our condo.

But I feel like we are nuts!!! We just fixed everything. Mainly, we can not deal with not having a dog and space is becoming an issue as the months go on. And, we dont' want to lhear our neighbors fighting through our walls!

Has anyone done something like this? I almost feel like we are "Flipping That House"!

We just bought in May and already we just started lookin on MLSLI again. ALOT has changed in the past couple of months, especially with our careers, and we need to be further west (we are currently in coram). We also have a house that we use only the kitchen, den, bedroom, and 1 bath. We don't even enter anywhere else. We don't plan on having kids for maybe another 2 years.

We are looking in western suffolk, nassau, or even maybe a condo or co-op in queens. We are looking online, but realistically not physically going to look anywhere. I think we will try to be out by next summer/fall.

the day we moved in ive been looking at other houses...i even went to see one

however, i dont think i could move that quickly..but i am always looking!

We got our apartment in Feb, I moved in after we got back from our HM (June) and we are looking for a house now. We know we won't be signing another lease when it comes up.
