I know this a long shot but I figured I'd ask anyhow.
By any chance do any of you ladies remember feeling anything different after conception, before your missed period that gave you a hint that you had gotten pregnant?

My SIL had no symptoms at all with her 2nd except an itchy palm! I thought that was weird and she actually found a pregnancy book that listed that as a symptom. Check out this

I remember one day I had such horrible stomach cramps. Now that I think back, I am sure it was implantation cramps. Also, I knew I was pg becaue my bb's were soooooo sore. They would hurt so bad and I never had that before.

I had weird shooting pains in by BBs, I was very, very tired at first and I was extremely thirsty. My temp also dropped below the coverline - i tested the next day and voila! - BFP

I was extremely nauseous on 5-7 DPO. That was my only hint, I usually have a pretty strong stomach and never get nauseous.

I felt completely different. Well, weird/off! I kept saying that if I wasn't PG then there was something wrong with me! 
Also, I had one night of non-stop eating, and I had AF cramps very strong days before AF was expected to show.

Looking back I did have a sore throat and congestion for just a couple of days....other than that I felt nothing!

I had cramping 4dpo and then on and off WAY before AF was due- I had sore boobs too a few days before AF but that isn't so unusual- my biggest symptom was lots of gassy pains...
