Apparently, I can never change Misty's food
I went and bought cruelty free dog food for Misty and started to mix it into her regular food (Beneful) and she started throwing up right away and then just stopped eating. Needless to say, I went and bought another bag of Beneful and now she is fine again.

You should do it gradually if you're going to change foods. Mix some of the new with the old, slowly fade out the old food. Any sudden change will probably upset their tummies.

yeah, it takes weeks to change it completely.

I was doing it slowly - I had just mixed in a tiny bit. At first she picked out her old food and ate the new stuff last - then she just got sick.
The vet said that she probably has an extremely sensitive stomach (especially after her surgery) and I shouldn't even try to change her food.

My Oreo is the same way. I use to mix a little bit of new food in with his food... well let's just say that his litter box was yucky.

Sim is the same way. He's not one for change in his food and gets very stressed and sick about it. We have tried with the gradual and he likes what he likes and we just cant change him.
We tried too but it was not working
