OMG! 9 weeks to go!
I am not counting the weeks down to the birth than from teh conception... I can't believe it.
I still remember being a newbie on this thread with so many questions. Now I can answer a bunch.

I don't know how you get ready- but I 'm not.
I am taking a bunch of stuff from my sister, which helps. We may just take her stroller and car seat for the beginning. She is giving us the bassinette.
We sublet our apartment in Manhattan and are still deciding whether or not to go back before the baby is born or stay with my mom in LI.
It is also not our custom to buy anything for the baby before she is born. The bassinette and stroller are at my sister's in LI and I will take those after the baby is born or a few weeks before she is due. I will buy the essentials a few weeks before she is due- but we aren't doing anything else.
The craziest part is my inlaws are coming in from Israel. They just decide when they are coming. My MIL is coming 3 days before my due date and my younger 2 SIL's are coming a week before that. I have no idea when my other SIL is coming from Floriday and I still don't know if my FIL is coming at all.

You must be getting so excited! Are you nesting yet? Don't forget, babies come early....ya never know. Frankie showed up 2 weeks early- wasn't quite ready for that....
PS get all the sleep you can now.... you will thank me after that baby comes
