Ahhhhhh... possible unplanned preggo here... help please!!!
Oh boy. Um, I *think* that there is a slight possibility that I may have accidentally become pregnant  I am a regular poster, but given the nature of the situation, I'll remain anonymous for now 
I'm on the pill. At the beginning of this cycle, I was unable to pick up my pill until Thursday (should have started Sunday). I doubled up thurs and fri so it covered all but 1 pill.
These are the things I've been feeling for the past week or 2:
.fairly pungent urine and, despite the fact that I drink a ton of water a day, pretty yellow compared to normal (sorry for the TMI  )
.a bad twinge in my side about a week and a half ago that sent me to the floor when it happened.
.weird lower pelvic cramps for about 4 days, although those seem to have subsided
.lethargy
.incredibly nauseous and flushed Sunday night
.annoying cold that won't go away but doesn't get horrendously worse either
.pretty emotional
.ditzy the past 2 days
I'm supposed to get AF late Wed/early Thurs of this week and I'm sort of freaking out now. I mean, if I were to be, it would a blessing and all, but we're not even married a year and we weren't even going to consider TTC until at least after our 2nd, if not 3rd, wedding anniversary so this would definitely throw a curve into the plan.
Any light you can shed would be great. And sorry it's soooooooo long.

When is your period scheduled to come? I wouldn't go by just symptons.. I would take a pregnancy test.

I agree... the symptoms you described can be llots of stuff. I didn't have any symptoms until a few weeks later. I would wait until you miss AF and then take a pregnancy test. Try not to stress too much, than can cause you to miss AF also.

I agree....wait to see if you miss AF and then test. The symptoms you describe could be anything.

I agree, test at least a couple of days after a missed AF. Try not to stress!

i would just test to see if you are pregnant, although be careful because you may not get a positive result right away. We found out I was pregnant after two months of being married, and we weren't planning to have kids until our 2nd year of marriage either, but hey, things happen for a reason. So if you are, yay! But I would test AND stop taking the pill ASAP.

You could be worrying yourself into symptoms as well. Try and relax and wait until Thursday an see if AF shows. If not take a test and reassure yourself because like the others have said worrying could delay AF. If you don't get AF and you test it could ease your mind into getting AF after. Good luck!!

I would take a test and if it is negative it might help your relax and you might end up getting your period. That woudl happen to me when we tried, I would be late and freak out and then take a test and get my period. If you are stressed it might come late and since you were off a day with the pill that might have something with when you get your AF.

I have to tell you I experienced ALL of you exact same symptoms. I forgot to take my pill on the third Sunday. I got my period but it was VERY light...really really light and lasted only 3 days, then absolutely nothing. I actually took a test today because I did not want to take BC if I was pregnant. But I got a BFN. I would test just to make you feel better.

It could be a UTI, or you could just be feeling that way cause you had to catch up on the pills. It's more hormones.

I had a similar situation when I found out I was preggo with my son.... My OB suggested I stopped taking my pills, wait till I got my "normal" period, and then begin again. I never got my period. The most important thing is that even if you are bugging out.. try to stay calm.. That can really throw your body for a loop.
Not trying to freak you out.. just sharing my experience!
