oh i dont know if i told you all this but
Dh and I got a new washing machine for downstairs and we got our $300 dollars that the mortage guy owed us Now only if we can get our escrow money we will be in business and than we can get our rugs for the basement!! keep praying for us that we win this small claims court against the previous owners! thanks. and yes please dont tell me this should be on the home board i know that I just want to share with you all.

Im glad all is working out and I know you said please dont' tell me to put on home board, but honestly, I think thats where it belongs.
