Just tried a new recipe

I just tried a new recipe and I hope it works out, otherwise I'm having a bowl of cereal and calling it a night!!

I made chicken cutlets stuffed with Mozarella and fresh spinach. I sauteed the spinach with fresh garlic and chicken broth and I seasoned the chicken before putting it all together, rolling it up and throwing it in the oven!! WISH ME LUCK! I"m so not the best cook!! That's why Tom usually cooks for us!

Good luck! I made my own version of chicken cordon bleu last week, stuffed with bacon and mozz. It was yummy!

It sounds like it'll come out fine. If it starts to look too dry on the outside and it's not done yet on the inside, just add a little chicken broth over the top and baste as neccessary.

ETA: I do variations of this all the time and it's never bad - chickne, spinach - what could go wrong?

DH loved dinner! i wasn't impressed, but I thought it was good. Not my best work!! Thanks for the tips!
