Just wondering if anyone with a Levitt Cape has any leaks right now in the Boiler room? I called my oil company and they said they are getting a lot of calls about this and the oil company says it is from the rain. They said if a service guy comes to the house and it isnt the boiler that is broken, then it will cost me $75 an hour for service.....Thank god I dont have my new floor installed yet...We have a cement floor and the water is going into the bathroom...
