Ugh I don't feel well - and I am at work yuk
I woke up not feeling well this morning, but figured I should go to work...So now I am at work and my stomach is killing me...I must of had some bad chinese food last night or something ugh....
I so dont want to be here

Sorry!! I was feeling sick too last night, tossing and turning. Maybe you should put something light in your stomach? Maybe a bagel or something? Maybe drink some fluids? It might make you feel better.

I could - but I shouldnt. I have been here since 6am....Hopefully I will feel better soon. I just ate some whole wheat bread....Dont want to eat anything wierd today....
If I dont feel better, I can take a half day and work through lunch for the next few days to make up the hours....
I just had some tea and now I am drinking iced water with lemon.

I feel better now....I had 2 slices of whole wheat bread and some puffins...and a lot of water...
