Anyone have a Nanny/Babysitter come to there house?

If so can you tell me how much you pay her by hour/day/week or month. We are contemplating doing this and want to know what the going rate is.

Not due til May so can't share personal experience, but just found out my girlfriend is having a nanny start on 3/6 and she said it's working out to $50 more per week than day care was. Not sure if that helps much, but I saw no one else responded so I figured I'd at least give you that much input.
