growth spurt 6.5 months?
Did any btdt moms notice a growth spurt or a dramatic increase in eating when their babies were this age. My ds has been eating like a maniac at night the past 2-3 nights. He used to sleep a 7 hour stretch from 8-3 and then had a small bottle and did not eat again till 7. But the past two nights he got up to eat every 4 hours.
I tried to give him the pacifier and rock him back to sleep but he was screaming at the top ho his lungs unti I gave him the bottle. I gabe him 2 ounces and the pacifier but he kept screaming for more. His daytime feedings are the same and he will not take any more food during the day (solid or liquid)
I hope it is just a fluke!!!

Re: growth spurt 6.5 months?
I think 6 months is one to expect. I don't know. My kids have always had large growth spurts more than what most of the books give as a guidance.

My mom always said 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months....so it sounds about right!
