Anyone live or have an opinion on the Bay Club in Queens?

so we are thinking about moving one more time before we buy a house

I can not take the parking situation anymore in Long Beach- but I like a big building - and I realized I prefer the pool to the beach anyway

so I was looking online at the Bay Club- it seems like for the same amount of money we are paying here- we would get so much more- 2 parking spots, pool, gym, 24 hour Doorman, little stores- cleaners, convenice store, tennis courts and a few more things

TIA

So it's near Bay Terrace? That's a really nice area. I used to live not too far from there. I miss Queens.

I grew up in Bayside. It's very nice and much more convenient to NYC than Long Beach (IMO). Go for it! And if you like thai food, be sure to check out Erawan on Bell Blvd. It's great!

Good Luck!

Re: Anyone live or have an opinion on the Bay Club in Queens?

she definitly means to buy a ONE bedroom is 475,000. hell if it was 475 to rent id be there in a flash! its very nice but when you think what you can get for 475 elsewhere its amazing. even my mom has a townhouecondo thast going for baout 750,000 and while its nice and very well maintained its one parkin space and a backyard that is soooo small and faces teh clearview expressway!!
