Food suggestions?
I am so bored with feeding these boys the same things every day! Peter has an egg allergy, that is a hard one to avoid. Any suggestions for good pick up foods? And how do I know they are eating enough?

grapes cheese rice cakes wheat bread peas blueberries tofu
Trust them. If the stop eating, and you've tried to offer a few choices, then they have had enough!

Re: Food suggestions?
Michael loves grilled cheese, I cut it into triangles and he picks them up and chomps away...
what about whole wheat pasta (not sure if there is egg in it)...
I've also given him chicken nuggets, soy nuggets, veggie nuggets...

Re: Food suggestions?
I just bought Golden's Zucchini patties in the frozen food section of Waldbaums, they are really good. Alex loves them. I just pop them in the toaster oven and cut it up into small pieces. I read the box and they do contain egg whites.
