Have you ever gotten new vitamins and felt sick?
We usually take a Pathmark daily vitamin but ran out and bought GNC daily vitamins (called Solotron). Since then I have been feeling off.....I'm not sure if it's the vitamins or something else!

when I switch, some multi-vitamins give me a real naseous(sp?) feeling even with food in my tummy!

Have you tried taking them at night before you go to bed then hopefully you'll be asleep before you start to feel sick.

Yes- I once took one of those little packet things and was SO sick from them.

Yes I have and I was told it was the Zinc in the vitamins. I have heard that from more than one person.

yes Jenn - dramatically....
i used to take one a day and then regularly got sick - so i was petrified to take vitamins when we started to TTC....but a close friend of mine with similar belly issues to me gave me Target brand and i take them WITH DINNER (typically my largest meal of the day) and i haven't gotten sick once!

I find that even with food sometime, I get nauseous from Womens One a Day.. and I used to take them all the time without food and they never made me sick.. now I have a big bottle and I don't even take them.. I may just switch to children's vitamins
