camera for video monitor?

So, can you tell or show me where you have the camera part, I can't seem to find a good place for it. I also want to avoid mounting it to the wall if possible. TIA

We have a shelf on one wall near the crib and I just put it there...grant it I dont like the wire trailing down the wall to the plug but its the best I can do for now.....I dont think I would like to mount it to the crib as DD is so curious I am sure as soon as she can stand up she will be eating it....

We had it propped up between the back of the crib and a corner of the wall, kind of hard to explain but it doesn't matter because that didn't work for long...he soon figured out that by yanking the camera down into his crib, we'd come running in.

So we had no choice but to mount it on the wall.

Front right hand side of the crib with a decorative teddy on top Once she starts pulling herself up, we are moving it to above her armoire facing down on the crib. I didn't want to mount it to the wall either,,,,

We have a dresser that goes pretty high so I put in on there and tilt it to face the crib... otherwise, a cute white shelf will do... placed far enough away from the crib so your little one won't grab it
