I cant do Jenny Craig

Its just to darn strict.. I want to go back to WW.
Am I a looser for only sticking out Jenny for 4 days and switching over WW?
I dont care about the loss of money, I just cant stand starving like this and not being able to eat what I want.
WW really is a wonderful diet plan. I dont know what I was thinking

Im sorry it's not working like you hoped, but it really is a great program that really works. As a former employee of JC my suggestion is to give it a full week then talk to your consultant about how your feeling. She should be able to help you. If you have any questions on the program FM me. I'm sorry you're not liking it. You should try and stick it for a few more days - when you get hungry what are you eating? there are so many free foods -

I snack on carrots & celery dipped in salsa, I chew sugarless gum, I eat the little jellos. I eat pickles (all free unlimited foods)

When eating JC meals don't forget to have your salad at lunch and add veggies since they are unlimited.

If I have fajitas I add mushrooms to it, makes it more filling.

have you checked the JC message boards, there are a lot of good hints there.
Also switch up your menu - if you're hungrier during the day have your dinner for lunch and the lunch entree for dinner.

Honestly, I had the same problem. I felt like a bit of a failure but then realized every diet is not for everyone. If it doesn't work for you chances are you won't have long term success. JMO....I am the same way and am going back to ww. Best of luck to you!!
