Frozen Chicken Breast question
Ok, I admit it - I am a complete fool in the kitchen! If I defrosted chicken breast that was frozen, how many days is it good for?

I froze it about one 1/2 weeks before. I put it in the fridge late friday night.

lol, i would agree except i posted this AFTER i cooked it  its in the oven now but, i think i am going to chuck it. I don't know why it didn't occur to me to worry until after.
