I like it to.
I thought it was stupid for the customers to complain (even though it might have been staged) I mean I'm sure they know when they make a reservation or whatever that its a TV show 
ETA: I thought it was hysterical how the chef spoke to them though.

I watch it to see what is going to happen, but I think the chef is an a$$hole...he tries too hard to be a harda$$ for ratings -- I find him very annoying!

I was DYING!!!!! I think it's staged, too... because who would just walk away after getting crapped on like that? Not me!

I'm a reality tv junkie, too... and though this guy is mean, he's sweet at the same time. You can totally tell that he's being a hard-*** for the cameras... but also, because he knows what he's doing. I've seen clips of him being sooo sweet, too.
