Checking in with my January mommies to be..
I haven't been on here in a while since my computer was broken for about a month.. just want to see how you girls are feeling! We are almost there!!! Yay!!

Feeling a lot of pressure, pretty swollen down there for some reason and at my 36 week check up I was 1cm dilated 50% effaced. How are you holding up?

I'm alright.. so uncomfortable now and not sleeping well at all..  Went to the dr today for my 37 week appt and no dilation at all. Really ugly stretch marks too. But I had it really easy in the beginning and up until now so I can't complain.. just anxious to meet my little guy!

I am 39 weeks 1 day and 2 cm dilated and AT LEAST 50% effaced. I've gained 3.5-4 lbs in the last 2 weeks. I feel HUGE and uncomfortable. There is no regulation to my contractions. Sometimes it seems the AF like cramps never go away...they are always just "there". Sleeping is HORRIBLE.
I'm terribly irritable and just want this baby OUT. My next appt is Tue 1/3 (day before due date) and they said if I hadn't gone yet, they would "help me out" whatever that means!
These last few weeks have been the WORST compared to the rest of the PG.

im having trouble sleeping too get up at least 3 times to pee, im hot then cold then hot so i keep throwing the covers off. today i could hardly walk i had sharp abdominal pains, ive had a great pregnancy so far so now im slowing down and feeling tired and have back discomfort. the doctor told me to use thermacare patches for discomfort as they give 8 hours of relief. i cant wait to meet my little girl. i am being very optimistic for the next three weeks as im in the home stretch. i had christmas at my house and was able to make 15 different types of cookies and am used to keeping very busy so to sit around it is difficult for me to do. i hope the baby is born on friday the 13th we have had good luck with 13 becuase dh told me he loved me 5 years ago on oct 13th and i found out i was preggo on may 13th.
