Doyou think its rude if I listen to my IPOD - UPDATE
while getting my nails done?
I know this is an obscure question but I am just curious. DH tells me to do it since sometimes I am there for 2 hours or so but I dont know.
**********I ended up not listening to it and it was a good idea not to-since one of the guys that works there glued a nail to his finger and COULD not get it off with all the remover in the world! Me and all the ladies were hysterical!

If you do that you can't listen in on all the gossip from the other ladies....thats where I hear the most dirt. Even though I don't know these people it's pretty interesting!

I don't think it is a problem to listen to your IPOD. If it makes you feel more comfortable, then only put one ear piece in.

 This is totally true! And I know they are talking shizz about me cause I lost a lot of weight a few years ago and they told me I "looked smaller". Since then I gained it back and they talk and laugh and point as soon as I walk in - they are probably saying "oh the fattie is here again!"
Seriously though I am on the fence regarding the whole using my IPOD thing.

This is weird, but I "d feel weird doing it while I get my nails done, but not my toes!
I guess it depends on the nail person. The last oen I went to try to strike up a conversation, so , yes, tht would have been rude.

I guess because they are not so close to you. It is harder to have a conversation when they are down by your feet.

no, but I hate it when girls are having a 20 minute conversation while having their nails done, call that perosn back.Im there to relax, not listen to some girls issues
