Maybe TMI
Today is my colonoscopy prep day. So no solid food for me. I'm going to be so hungry later!
Then I have to drink the yucky stuff. Can't wait!! 
So I've got:
Gingler ale
black coffee
jello
apple juice
grape juice
wonton soup (broth)
ice pops
slurpies
what else?

are you sure you can have grape juice or anything colored?
I thought only clear liquids?? Clear Jello, clear juices, clear soups, etc ...

I don't know about the grape juice. I was not allowed any red or purple drinks or jello.

The instructions say grape or apple. It's all natural suff with no food coloring so I think it will be ok.

I wish he would. My cousin is actually having one done Friday too and she can have vanilla ice cream. I need a new gastro!

the day before i went for mine i could only have jello (not red) and drink water. but all doctors tell you something differnt .
i had to stop eating and drinking at 7:00pm and start taking that stuff its gross it made me gag. and the day of i could not eat or drink anything and my appt was at 2: 00

Yeah, nothing red..sorry you had to wait until 2pm!
I'm already dreading the drinking of the stuff. I have to go mix it so I can refrigerate it.

Don't forget to ask your dh to be respectful of your diet today...my dh ate everything but the kitchen sink in front of me. To say i got po'd is an understatement!

There are a ton of leftovers in our fridge though. It would be a shame for him to eat out. I don't really care as long as he doesn't flaunt it.
I'm doing ok so far, I'm having some black coffee with sugar. Who knew I liked black coffee? I did put a drop of skim in it to cut it a but but it's really dark!
Jello for lunch and maybe some apple juice. Before I go out and run some errands I'll put it all in the fridge and get it cold and yummy.
Trying to distract myself. If I'm out and about I won't think about it too much. I'll be hungry later tonight though.
