nope, going in, I;m on stand by for a mobile unit for crisis interventiona nd we are setting up command posts for survivors. My 1st day as director if a mental health clinic and I hear we will be getting slammed with walk-ins.

I am going to work as my students start tomorrow. I teach special ed in a day treatment center. Most of them were too young to understand the impact of 9/11 as it happened and I don't know how my school plans on addressing it. I am going to guess that we may have a moment of silence.

No. I volunteered to help pour wine at a wine tasting. I would go. I feel that's what I'm supposed to do - continue on. I participate in the moment of silences when each plane hit.

I work afternoon/evening shift, so I'll be home to see all the coverage tomorrow. And I will definitely be watching. 9/11 changed my whole outlook on life, and every year, I watch the coverage and remember why I changed certain things.

I'll be home, but I'm home with my son and work from home.
I'll be tuned in and thinking of the survivors and victims, thinking of what DH and I did that day 5 years ago, and what happened to us as a country. DH still works in the same building across the street from the site.

I came to work today
most people from my job took off.
but i wanted to come to work i didnt want to sit home by the tv all day i could not handle it . i knew so many people that died that day ..
and i am wearing RED WHITE & BLUE TODAY

I'm working from home today.
Two months ago, my office moved back to where we were five years ago. I sit at the exact same spot where I was that day.
Too much unnecessary anxiety for me.
I took a lot of crap from a client when I told them I refused to travel today.

I really hate being at work right now. We just had a staff meeting and there was not a mention of 9/11. I spoke about it with a couple of my coworkers in private, but if I didn't bring it up, I dont know if it would be mentioned all day. I am not here mentally at all.
