temping question
this may seem silly, but does anyone know if the temperature of your room affect your temperature?
I just started charting my temps and 2 days ago it jumped from 97.4 to 97.9...the heat was on in my room that morning and I woke up sweating.
The following day it was back down to 97.37. Aside from that one "hot" morning my temps have ranged from 97.3-97.6.
Granted Im only on CD6 but I just want to make sure I'm doing this right.
Thanks!

Re: temping question
Everything seems right to me...those are typical pre O temps. Most temps fluctuate like that.
Room temperature has some affect on your temps but not much. You can wake up so hot and have a low temp , wake up cold and have a high temp., Sleeping with your mouth open does affect the temp so what I do before taking my temp, is I make sure my tongue is in my closed mouth....for about a minute before temping.
