Does they ever stop growing like a weed and even out for a few months.
Jack is 6 months tomorrow and 18lbs and 28inches now. His length is making us go thru pants like crazy... everyone keeps telling me he should stay this size for a while is that true?

I have no idea. Emily is already growing out of 3-6 months it seems! Yesterday I put her in a 3-6 month outfit and the pants were SO tight on her. When I bought it it looked HUGE and I didn't think she'd wear it fr a while. And she's only 6 weeks!!!

I have no idea as well...Jared is 5 months and he's 27 inches and 21 pounds. He only fits into size 9-12 months.

He may. Connor is 7 months and weighs 17lbs and is 26 1/2 inches. He is very lean and is wearing a 3-6 month size and some 6-9months.
I would buy the pants big and cuff them so you can get a few months out of them.

I agree, Luke is only 3 months and is 26 inches long and that's what I'm doing. He's outgrown (in length) all his 3 and 6 month clothing and right now is in 9 and some 12 month size pants! I'd rather they be cuffed if they are a bit too long than have him wear highwaters!

Kevin is a big boy at 9 months he is almost 30 inches and 23 lbs - he wears 12-18mo clothes (depending on brand). I thought he was starting to level out this past month but guess not since he is still 90%-ile. I figure he can't grow at this rate forever. But I pretty much skipped all clothes marked 12mos. I had a few things but not much.

Yeah he is in 12 month pants already. I can't even imagine buying 16 months because they will swim on him.
My main concern is I don't need alot of winter stuff because of where we live so I can't figure our what I should or shouldn't get I guess I'll keep on buying :)

Julia is 4 mts and she is 18 lbs and 26 inches, I felt the same way. I get worried everytime she has a check-up. Every baby grows differenty.

That was the worst growing stage for Aidan. I think he wore 6-9 for about 2 minutes, and that was when he was 5 months!
