Atkins Question - Sorry not on Diet board, but much more traffic here!!
OK - so I've been on Atkins for 5 weeks and really haven't cheated!!!
So, I just cheated for the first time - I have not touched one piece of chocolate or any of the tons of cookies and cakes that have been floating around my office!! But, I just felt the need to eat DH's leftovers - breaded chicket cutlet and breaded eggplant!
I feel so guilty now - how much damage is this going to do? Can I just jump back on tomorrow? Do you think that this will really "mess things up?"

You just might experience cravings- I do not feel that you effected your weight loss at all . . . Just get back on track

I don't think it will hurt too much. I slipped on almost a weekly basis but still lost. I think you'll be fine.

The only damage you will do is if you don't get back on tomorrow  One day, amidst all these days of being good isn't going to break your progress.
