Digital camera question?
Can my MIL transfer her camera picss onto my computer if we have different digital cameras? I have Canon, she has Olympus. I don't think so but she was wondering.

You would probably have to put her camera software onto your computer..try, you might be able to with out her camera software

you can usually go to the companies website and download the software. do you know why type of card it takes? does you computer have a card reader? if not you can get one for $20-30 then just take the card and plug it into the card reader.

I am pretty sure she can. I believe windows will automatically prompt you to copy the pictures from the camera to the computer or at the very least it has been my experience that the camera is treated as a removable disk.
Any photo editing software should open any jpeg file.

I agree, it should work. I upload pics from different cameras/memory cards all the time on my computer.
