Re: "the shakes"
So funny that you posted this, I was just discussing this with DH last night. This happens to me too when I don't eat for awhile. Just happened to me on Monday.
I don't have any answers but my guess is it is low blood sugar.

Re: "the shakes"
I get this SO often its sad.. but for me its as exactly as you said. 99% of the time its because I haven't drank or eaten enough in a certain timeframe, and my blood sugar must plummet..

Re: "the shakes"
I use to get this alot.
Bring your blood sugar back up, and then have some protein b/c protein last longer in your system than carbs. Also if you are ovulating this tends to happens during that time more. I was going through a stressful time years ago and it happened a lot. but now I got it under control a bit more. Also too much caffine can mimick the low blood sugar drop as well. Eat the cookies/oj and then back it all up w/ protein.

Re: "the shakes"
my hands get shaky and I feel really weak sometimes when I don't eat for a while. I always attribute to low blood sugar. I feel better after I eat candy or something with lots of sugar.

Re: "the shakes"
You should also drink more water. For my dizziness or vertigo was a sign of low blood pressure.

Re: "the shakes"
Yup, happens to me all the time, I usually grab a piece of fruit, soda or piece of candy and then maybe (if need it quick) a piece of cheese or a protein bar, and it goes away within a few minutes.

This happens to me a lot-Nothing to worry about. I just eat some sugar and usually am fine after that.

Re: "the shakes"
This happens to me all the time - low blood sugar like everyone else said. I eat something and it goes away in a few minutes. I have to carry a granola bar with me at all times.
