Ugh...what a day....my friend was in an accident
Her & her hubby were riding home from Queens and the front tire locked up on the bike. They will both be OK, I took her home just an hour ago...her DH has to stay overnight because he lost consciousness. If not for the full face helmet he had on, she would not be in such good shape!

Thankfully a little road rash is all she has (face & knees) and his head rattled pretty good, so his neck is really in a lot of pain, but it could have been worse.....

Yup Nic! I did get it & now I think I may leave it parked tomorrow ...though she INSISTS that the club still go on the ride we planned! I will see how I feel about it in the AM....after I see if she needs anything.

DH insists on riding his even though I know he needs a new chain (?) - something major anyway... I could kill him.

Thanks for the well wishes, she is feelign sore but OK this morning & her DH is coming home at noon! I will be off toride with some of the other girls (she INSISTS!!!) and visit her later!
