How hard do we think its to change the lock on the door?
Ive been asking mike to do it for MONTHS!!!!!!! The door knob is still sitting here! I want to do it myself. How hard do we think it is?

This is what I would probably do.
I would find out what time my DH will be home and start the project a little before he comes home. So that if you can't do it - he can finish the job when he walks in the door.

I've done it quite a few times, it's very easy. I would also wait until just before he comes home but if he says he'll finish it, tell him you have everything under control

It's easy. DH changed every exterior lock and door knob when we moved in. He also added a few deadbolts.

its not that bad to do. Just follow the directions. I always have to redo it but sooner or later it gets done the right way.
