I just found this online, thought I would pass it along. Needs a little updating but seems like a nice place.

This is a co-op... not a townhouse (even though the one part in the link says townhouse).
Big difference.

they sould fix the for sale link then. I have no idea what the difference it. I saw it was a low price and I wanted to pass it on

Well we live in a condo identical to Spring Meadows and our neighbor's went for 245K
of course our common charges are much less than theirs

yeah, it is a co-op and not a condo and it does say it is an upper level (meaning apt. style). But townhouses can be part of a co-op or a condo/home owners assoc.

Yeah... but when I hear the word "townhouse".... i immedieately think of a condo (usually attached housing).
I never associate a townhouse with a co-op.
But the link is great for someone looking for a co-op.
