Ava slept for 13 hours last night, so thank you to whoever...
brought up that whole thing the other day about putting a baby down earlier for bed. I took a chance and put her down at 7pm last night because she seemed tired and the little booger didn't wake up til 8am this morning! AND she rolled from her belly to her back today!

Thats great. My mom doesn't like the idea that Luka goes to bed earlier but she sleeps so much when he does. Welcome to the world of a full nights sleep.

You must have read my mind b/c I needed to see this post! I just put Matteo down at 7pm tonight, which is earlier than I ever have. I hope he sleeps until at least 5!!!
Yay to Ava for sleeping so long!!
Can I ask, does she nap well during the day too?

No, I don't have it. I've just picked up on things from people on here. SHe really is a very good sleeper anyway, but I just decided to put her down early last night and it worked. Actually, she's down again, already.
ETA: I would definitely say Ava is a regular napper. She takes 30-60 minute naps at regular intervals throughout the day, so I can't complain. I'm just thrilled that she's sleeping through the night!

That's great! What time was she going down before and what time was she waking before you tried this?
I've been reading everyone's threads about this lately and Ellie is sleeping through the night but I'm not sure if I should try to put her down even earlier. Sometimes she seems tired before her bath.

She WAS going down around 10-10:30. Don't ask me why we waited till that time to put her down, I just thought she wasn't tired. But now we put her down between 7-8. She was sleeping till 6 or so before we put her down early, now she goes until 8.

That's great! DS goes down around 10 and wakes around 7. We've tried putting him down earlier, but he won't yet.
